Bookings Module

Displays a list of all submitted orders (bookings) in the system.

Browse, edit, or delete submitted bookings.
Sort by name, location, status, price, duration, booking date, or client.
Filter by date, location, and status.

Locations Module

This module allows you to create an unlimited number of booking forms (locations) with different settings for each form. Each location is an individual booking form and its corresponding calendar. The system is not limited to the number of forms. There are many options available.

General Settings

Browse, add, edit, or delete locations.
Generate and copy a simple shortcode to place the form on any page.
Select the form currency from all the world currencies.
Select the default tax rate for a given location.
Choose how you want to display the services and packages: “Services” option: only the individual services will be shown. “Packages” option: both the packages and their corresponding services will be displayed. “Packages and services” option: all packages and individual services will be shown.
Enable or disable booking and payment management by the WooCommerce plugin.
Specify the maximum number of car wash workplaces (slots) available for providing services at a given location.
Enable or disable displaying only one booking step at a time.
Enable or disable scrolling to the next booking step after completing the previous one.
Select whether to reset the form after a successful booking or keep the form data.
Define the URL address for the “Thank you” page to which the customer will be redirected after submitting the booking, in case a payment method is not selected.
Enable or disable location selection. If enabled, display as a drop-down list or blocks.

Date & Time

Specify the working days and business hours, including breaks, as intervals from-to. You can define multiple breaks per weekday if needed.
Exclude holidays or custom dates from the booking.
Select the time format to be displayed in the calendar.
Select the date format to be displayed in the booking summary.
Set the booking slot size in minutes e.g. 30 min slots will show open slots at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 etc.
Specify the duration in minutes, hours, or days before the desired date and time when customers can start making reservations. This duration is measured from the current date and time.
Set advance booking period to allow booking up to number of days in advance.
Set calendar navigation advance period. Control how far ahead users can navigate the calendar to view and select available dates.
Enable or disable month navigation in the calendar.

Notifications

Set e-mail account sender details for reservation confirmation via e-mail.
Set recipient e-mail addresses for reservation confirmation via e-mail.
